Taking place 21 April 2019, Rufus Wainwright returned to the Royal Albert Hall to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his self-titled debut album. The Canadian-American singer songwriter performed songs from his 1998 debut including April Fools, Danny Boy and In My Arms as well as his 2001 sophomore album Poses in full, delighting his many fans with his unmistakable voice. Rufus further charmed the sold-out Auditorium with a cover of Joni Mitchell's timeless ballad Both Sides, Now, and the Beatles' Across The Universe provided the perfect ending to this magical evening. Oh, and did we mention he wore three capes and bunny ears?
