Taking place on 5 June 2018, THE THE performing at the Royal Albert Hall in 2018, as part of their first UK shows in 16 years and 28 years since their last performance at the Hall. Singer/songwriter, Matt Johnson had been silent for many years, since THE THE's last album, NakedSelf was released in 2000. This show was a triumphant homecoming for the band who, after a long absence, had just released their most recent single We Can't Stop What's Coming, from Johnson's latest film project The Inertia Variations.
