On 30 June 2014, Californian alt-rockers Eels came to the Royal Albert Hall as part of an extensive tour celebrating the release of their new album The Cautionary Tales of Mark Oliver Everett. The band, led by the band’s multi-instrumentalist frontman Mark Oliver Everett (aka E), showcased their diverse back catalogue in a varied set which drew material from across their career, dating back to their 1996 debut album Beautiful Freak.
