Christmas Standard Delivery Costs

Allow plenty of time for posting. Please post items and gifts for Christmas early, particularly for International deliveries.

We aim to dispatch parcels within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) of your order being placed and we use Royal Mail as our delivery service.

We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.

*Our standard delivery costs to the UK are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your total order.

**Our international delivery costs are a flat fee and are sent via a tracked and signed service. There may be additional charges for customs clearance. The Royal Albert Hall is not responsible for paying these charges or for any custom delays.

Please note: Custom prints are made to order and therefore are unable to be returned unless faulty. 

Custom prints are dispatched separately from other items from the Royal Albert Hall shop so may arrive at a different time to any other items in your basket.

Unframed prints are sent out via first class recorded delivery within the UK and via Royal Mail overseas mail (tracked and signed-for) for overseas orders

Due to Brexit transition from the EU, our custom print supplier has currently suspended all delivery's to the EU. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to be fully operational very soon.

Framed prints are currently only available to UK postcodes and are dispatched by either special delivery post or by courier. For special delivery and courier deliveries, you should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery.

Prices and Tax

The prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. The price you pay includes VAT (at 20%) for all deliveries. Delivery to Non UK may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods and the customer will be liable for these duties.

Brexit: Delivery to the European Union

From 1 January 2021 commercial items/goods (excluding personal correspondence) sent to the EU over €22 and below €150 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country. Customers will be liable to pay for these charges and must be paid before delivery. If these charges are not paid the parcel will get returned to the Royal Albert Hall and the goods will be refunded.

Combined Shipping

Please note if your basket contains a custom print and standard items, you will receive a combined postage fee as two separate deliveries will be made. 

Order Tracking

If you have opted for next day, European or Worldwide delivery services, your order will include a tracking number and you will receive updates from the carrier through the channels you specify in the checkout process. If you have any questions on a tracked delivery after you have received a tracking number, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. 

Part Deliveries

We endeavour to ship all items in the order together. If for any reason an item is not available, we will process and dispatch the remainder of your order separately. Items which are temporarily out of stock will be dispatched separately with no additional postage charge.
