Delivery Policy
Standard Products
We will make every effort to dispatch goods within two working days. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed during the next working day.
Our standard delivery costs to the UK are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your total order. Our next day UK service and international delivery costs are a flat fee.
We dispatch parcels using Royal Mail Standard and Parcelforce for European and international deliveries. We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
USA: Unfortunately, we have currently suspended all shipping & delivery to USA due to shipping tariffs and regulations that are out of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Custom Prints
Please note: Custom prints are unable to be returned unless faulty as they are made to order.
Custom prints are dispatched separately from other items from the Royal Albert Hall Shop so may arrive at a different time than any other items in your basket.
Unframed prints are sent out via first class recorded delivery within the UK and via Royal Mail overseas mail (tracked and signed-for) for overseas orders.
Framed prints are currently only available to UK postcodes and are dispatched by either special delivery post or by courier. For special delivery and courier deliveries, you should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery.
Unframed prints are usually delivered within 5 working days.
Framed prints are usually delivered within 10 working days.
Click and Collect: This is not a standard service that we provide but we will try to accommodate if we can. Please contact us at shop@royalalberthall.com.
Prices and Tax: The prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. The price you pay includes VAT (at 20%) for all deliveries. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods and the customer will be liable for these duties.

Combined Shipping
Please note if your basket contains a custom print and standard items, you will receive a combined postage fee as two separate deliveries will be made.
Order Tracking
If you have opted for next day, European or Worldwide delivery services, your order will include a tracking number and you will receive updates from the carrier through the channels you specify in the checkout process. If you have any questions on a tracked delivery after you have received a tracking number, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Part Deliveries
We endeavour to ship all items in the order together. If for any reason an item is not available, we will process and dispatch the remainder of your order separately. Items that are temporarily out of stock will be dispatched separately with no additional postage charge.
